Speaking to Esporte Interativo, "Ney" looked back to his Barcelona days to reveal how he wants to become the French talent's mentor, just like Lionel Messi helped him develop with Los Blaugranas.
I will stand by him always, I'll try to do what's best for him. I hope I can do for him the same things Lionel Messi did for me while I played for Barcelona," Neymar stated.
Mbappé, Neymar and Cavani have led PSG to their best start of a UEFA Champions League season in history.
Neymar went on and analyzed Mbappé's playing style, adding that his skills can make him one of the best in years to come.
"He's a golden boy. He does things no one can do, he's a great footballer. He's got all anyone needs to become one of the best players of all time," the Brazilian added.
