The French star has been involved in several problems away from the pitch, some of those fueled by his habits while driving.

Some guys never learn...and Karim Benzema is one of them.

The French footballer, who scored the first of Real Madrid's goals in the showdown against AC Milan on Saturday evening, uploaded a video of himself while driving his car over the speed limit in Madrid.

The footballer had been previously booked by Spanish authorities for driving over the speed limit and other offenses, such as driving without a license. And his antics today might see him getting in trouble one more time.

Benzema taping himself while driving at 118 km/hr in the M-40, a highway where the speed limit is 100 km/hr.

As soon as fans noticed, they started blasting the footballer for his reckless behavior behind the wheel.

"Benzema, as always, showing off his off-the-charts IQ. Driving with one hand and filming with the other..."

"What is Benzema thinking? He's using his mobile to tape himself while driving over 120km/hr on a highway. Shameful..."

Some users urged Spanish authorities to take action.

"Mister Benzema quite sure of himself behind the wheel, taping himself again. It's all good right, Spanish Civil Guard? He's just having some good old fun!"
