The NextGen Series was a European U19 European club competition that was founded in 2011 and folded in 2013. The goal of this tournament was to offer a competitive environment to the continent’s youth teams. The NextGen Series enjoyed success but the formation of the UEFA Youth League in 2012 sparked its demise.
