AYM Sports History, Coverage, Features
AYM Sports is a Mexican pay-TV channel, owned and operated by AYM Media Networks. It was launched in 2003 to offer fans a new option for sports broadcasts in Mexico.
Over the years, AYM Sports has offered coverage for sports that have been regularly snubbed by other major networks in Mexico. Such sports include baseball, college football, and athletics. Added to that, the channel has also aired football games and boxing matches as part of their regular programming.
Speaking about football, AYM Sports has focused over the years in covering the Mexican Liga Premier, which is the third most relevant league in the Mexican football system. AYM Sports has covered the Liga Premier A (which is used to promote teams to the Liga de Expansión), the Liga Premier B (which is used to develop talent to feed the rest of the categories), and the Copa Premier VAR.
AYM Sports has been available for fans to watch in several cable companies across the country in Standard Definition.
