HDNet is now AXS TV as part of a 2012 rebranding. The channel is a High-Definition 1080i television channel in the United States. It targets male US audience and carries a variety of sports related broadcasts. It used to broadcast MLS Soccer but since has lost those tv broadcast rights. Currently HDNet carries the following sports: Fighting and MMA, UFL, Wrestling, NCAA College Football and NCAA College Basketball.

AXS TV is available in the USA on the following cable and satellite providers: AXS TV on DirecTV on channel 306 and channel 1306 for VOD. On Dish Network on channel 362. Verizon FiOS on channel 569. AXS TV is also available on select cable providers, please check your local listings for further information on HDNet availability.
