Los Angeles, CA — October 9, 2006 – Fox Soccer Channel, America’s premier television soccer destination, today announced it has entered into a three-year pact with the Brazilian Football Federation for the exclusive television rights to 12 Brazilian National Team friendly matches through 2008. As part of the agreement, which includes all-language television, high-definition and video-on-demand rights for the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean, Fox Soccer Channel will telecast two matches in 2006, as well as approximately five matches each year in 2007 and 2008, respectively. U.S. WOMEN’S NATIONAL TEAM DEFENDER,

Los Angeles, CA – October 5, 2006 – Cat Whitehill (formerly Cat Reddick), who currently stars for the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, will be introduced as the newest member of the FC Fox team this Friday, October 6 at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT. The 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist will be stepping in for Heather Mitts for the remainder of 2006 as the host of the show’s tips on technique and play-making segment.
