The Ultimate Soccer Getaway for two fans: Spain, Italy or England

TORONTO – With soccer frenzy set to take hold around the world, GOLTV Canada has launched a major consumer promotion, the “Experience Soccer, Your Way” contest.  

The contest gives soccer fans a chance to win the ultimate soccer trip to Spain, Italy or England to watch their favourite team play action during the 2006/07 league season. 

Fans can enter at www.GOLTV.ca for their chance to win the Grand Prize including: Roundtrip airfare to either Spain, Italy or England, 3-night accommodation, two tickets to a league match, team jersey and GOLTV gear.  Contest closes July 10, 2006.

The “Experience Soccer Your Way” contest is sponsored by SUNRISE Records.  The Ontario-based retail chain will support the contest in all 30 locations across the province, including a ‘gift with purchase’ program for any item marked with GOLTV branding.  Secondary prizing for the contest is courtesy of SUNRISE Records, which includes Soccer related CDs, DVDs and Soccer action figurines. 

The contest is promoted on-air via 30-second spots on GOLTV, WFN: World Fishing Network and CGTV: Casino and Gaming Television and complemented with an in-bar campaign across NTN in Canada, including video screen spots, coasters and table tent cards. All contest entries are logged at GOLTV.ca.
