Comcast will offer its subscribers a free preview of Fox Soccer Channel (Channel 401) from Friday, August 24 through Sunday, August 26. As part of the preview, soccer fans will gain free access to Fox Soccer Channel ’s signature live programming, including match coverage from Week Three of the 2007/08 Barclays Premier League season highlighted by defending champion Manchester United vs. Tottenham on Sunday, August 25 at 9:00 a.m. MT. This weekend also marks the debut of FSC ’s exclusive coverage of Italy ’s Serie A, with Juventus vs. Livorno opening the four-match slate on Saturday, August 25 at 12:30 p.m. MT. Viewers will also have the opportunity to enjoy FSC ’s two new live studio shows that preview and recap all the weekend ’s action – Fox Soccer Match Day on Saturday, August 25 at 7:30 a.m. MT and Super Sunday + on Sunday, August 26 at 11:00 a.m. MT. Meanwhile MLS Saturday on FSC – the first and only live, on-site three-hour block of Major League Soccer programming – will on August 25 feature first-year franchise Toronto FC hosting perennial power D.C. United at 5:00 p.m. MT.
