The English and German U-21 squads clash at Coventry, both sides looking to advance to next year’s Final Tournament in the Netherlands. England will likely see Theo Walcott get a start. The youngster was the center of controversy when he was named to the English senior squad for the World Cup in Germany this summer. England host Germany at a sold out Ricoh stadium, before playing the reverse fixture next week.

Aston Villa defender Martin Laursen makes his return to the Danish National Team as the Danes play host to Northern Ireland. Laursen will be facing Villa teammate Aaron Hughes, who will be hoping to pick up his 50th cap for Northern Ireland.
16:00 - 18:00 ET– Euro 2008 Qualifiers: Serbia v Belgium ***SAME-DAY DELAY***
Belgium travel to Serbia tied with Serbia in their Group A pool for Euro 2008. Both sides trail Finland, which is ahead on goal difference. Javier Clemente has only made one change to the Serbian side that defeated Azerbaijan and drew even with Poland, the addition of addition of Sevilla left-back Ivica Dragutinović. The Belgians have also made changes, calling up Al-Rayyan striker Emile Mpenza.

The Chicago Fire face the Columbus Crew in the last home match of the year in their first season at Toyota Park, their new home.. The US Open Cup winners lead Columbus 1-0-2 this season, after a 2-0 victory last month at Crew Stadium. Despite a 3-1 victory over league-leading DC United, The Crew saw themselves eliminated from playoff contention.

France is not without their own troubles. Patrick Vieira, William Gallas, Louis Saha, Willy Sagnol and Sidney Govou are all hampered by injuries and are questionable starts for Les Bleus. France hosts the Faroe Islands in their fourth match of Group B.
